Troubleshooting

SpinCo Users

If you are encountering issues logging in, please try the following steps:

  • Sign out of your igt.com account (if prompted, select your @igt.com email address).
  • Now visit https://clarity.igt.com and log in with your @igtplc.onmicrosoft.com email address.

All Users

If the steps above do not work, try one of the following options:

  • Verify that zScaler is connected by opening the zScaler app and ensuring it shows Authenticated under private access.
  • If you are using Chrome, try using Edge, or vice versa.
  • Clear your cookies and browser cache:
    • Chrome:
      1. Click the three dots in the top-right corner of the browser.
      2. Select "Settings".
      3. Under "Privacy and security", click "Clear browsing data".
      4. Choose "Cookies and other site data" and "Cached images and files".
      5. Click "Clear data".
    • Edge:
      1. Click the three dots in the top-right corner of the browser.
      2. Select "Settings".
      3. Under "Privacy, search, and services", click "Choose what to clear".
      4. Choose "Cookies and other site data" and "Cached images and files".
      5. Click "Clear now".
  • Open a private or incognito window in your browser.

New User

If you are a new PPM user, your manager should submit a ticket with your Role, Business OBS, and Access Rights (or who to copy from).
